COVID-19 Update

For nearly 50 years, Playwrights Horizons has been committed to the advancement of contemporary American playwrights — every aspect of our theater has evolved from our belief in the writer’s enduring power to bring beauty and complexity to the human experience, in times of joy as well as uncertainty.

Until we’re able to safely gather at the theater again, we’ll continue our work to bring artists and audiences together through whatever resources we have available. We’re bringing you engaging podcasts, behind-the-scenes videos, and online master classes. We continue to serve our community of artists and hope you will join this effort by making a donation of any amount.
