Ticket Exchange Policy
All ticket exchange requests much be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Contact our Ticket Central box office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 212 279 4200 (12 PM–8 PM, 7 days a week).
Ticket and Season Package Sales
All sales are final and non-refundable.
If you have a season package (Flex Pass or Membership), you may be entitled to ticket exchange benefits.
Regular Ticket Exchange Policy
You may request to exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance, subject to availability and additional fees. Ticket exchange requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Any applicable ticket price difference will be charged in addition to a $10 exchange fee per ticket.
Season Package Ticket Exchange Policy
Flex Pass and Membership exchange requests can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. See your Season Package handbook for more details on your exchange benefits. If you know you will not be able to make your performance day-of, please reach out to Ticket Central to let them know.
Flex Pass: Exchanges come at no additional cost, and can be requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance with no penalty.
Membership: Exchanges must be requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Any applicable ticket price difference will be charged in addition to a $5 per-ticket exchange fee. Friends are eligible for one free exchange within the same production, as long as it is requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance.
Young/Student Membership: Exchanges must be requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Any applicable ticket price difference will be charged in addition to a standard $5 exchange fee per ticket. Tickets must be used by the account owner. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another Young Member or Student Member, they must be able to provide identification to verify membership status.
Young Membership Plus: One exchange within the same production comes at no additional fee, and can be requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance.
(Flex Pass only)
If you have a Flex Pass and are unable to select a new date at the time of the exchange request, you may request we release those tickets in order to rebook at a later date. Released Flex Pass tickets may be used for another production in the same season and do not rollover between seasons.
No Show or Late Arrival
All tickets must be picked up by the performance’s scheduled start time. After that time you are no longer guaranteed your reserved seat. Late seating is at the sole discretion of management and is not guaranteed. If you are placed in a new seat by management after the performance has begun, you may not be able to return to your originally reserved seat. There will be no refunds or exchanges granted for missed performances or late seating.
As of the 20/21 Season, we are no longer using post-dating for Flex Pass.
Flex Pass: If you missed your performance, please contact Ticket Central. In many cases, we will reseat you at a different performance (pending availability) and confirm in advance.
