Return and Exchange Policy
All ticket and package sales are final and non-refundable. If you have a season package (Subscription, Flex Pass, or Membership), you may be entitled to ticket exchange benefits. Call or email Ticket Central to request your exchange.
You may request to exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance, subject to availability and additional fees. Ticket exchange requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Any applicable ticket price difference will be charged in addition to a $5 exchange fee per ticket.
Subscription, Flex Pass, and Membership ticket exchange requests can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance with no penalty. See your Season Package handbook for more details on your exchange benefits.
Subscription: Exchanges requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance come at no additional cost, and must be within the same production.
Flex Pass: Exchanges come at no additional cost, and can be requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance.
Membership: Exchanges must be requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance, and must be within the same production. Any applicable ticket price difference will be charged in addition to the standard $5 exchange fee per ticket.
Young/Student Membership: Ticket exchange requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Any applicable ticket price difference will be charged in addition to a $5 exchange fee per ticket. Tickets must be used by the account owner. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another Young Member or Student Member, they must be able to provide identification to verify membership status.
Young Membership Plus: Exchanges within the same production come at no additional fee, and can be requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. All season package ticket exchange requests granted within 24 hours of the scheduled performance will be subject to a $5 exchange fee per ticket.
(Subscription and Flex Pass only)
If you have a Subscription or Flex Pass and are unable to select a new date at the time of the exchange request, you may request we release those tickets in order to rebook at a later date. Released Subscription tickets must be rebooked for the same production and do not rollover between productions. Released Flex Pass tickets may be used for another production in the same season and do not rollover between seasons.
If you have a Subscription and cannot use or exchange your tickets, you may request to donate your ticket(s). At your request, we can convert the value of those season package tickets into a donation, and will provide you with a tax-donation receipt for the value of those ticket(s). Tax donation receipts will not be issued for unused tickets without notification at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
No Show or Late Arrival
All tickets must be picked up by the performance’s scheduled start time. After that time you are no longer guaranteed your reserved seat. Late seating is at the sole discretion of management and is not guaranteed. If you are placed in a new seat by management after the performance has begun, you may not be able to return to your originally reserved seat. There will be no refunds or exchanges granted for missed performances or late seating.
Season package holders may be entitled to post-dating privileges based on package benefits.
Subscription & Flex Pass: If you missed your performance, you may be able to “post-date” at no additional cost. Show up to another performance to be seated in best-available seats just before curtain. Post-dating seats are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Post-date seats cannot be reserved in advance of the performance. You may call Ticket Central the day of the performance and ask about the likelihood of being seated.
