Exchanges and Missed Performance Policy
If you are unable to attend your performance, we are happy to exchange your tickets up to 24 hours in advance. Patrons and Generation PH Members have unlimited free exchange privileges. Flex Pass holders, Member Friends, and Young Member Friends may exchange for free once per production. Members, Young Members, and Student Members may exchange for a $5/ticket fee. Contact Ticket Central to process your exchange. Need to change closer to showtime? We’re happy to do so for a nominal fee.
If you are a Flex Pass holder and you miss a performance, reach out to us so we can do our best to assist you. In many cases, we will reseat you at a different performance (pending availability) and confirm in advance. If a show is sold out, reseating you in advance may not be possible, in which case you are welcome to try your luck in-person for cancelled seats to the performance of your choosing. If you are unable to exchange or use the seats you’ve booked, please let us know to release your seats.
