Tom Topor is an American playwright and screenwriter. His plays include Nuts, Answers, Romance: Here to Stay, But Not For Me, Coda, Up the Hill, and The Playpen. His work in film began after Nuts had a successful run on Broadway. He adapted the play for the screen. His other screenplays and teleplays include "The Accused", "Judgement" (WGA Award),"World of Honor" and "Perfect Murder, Perfect Town". Topor also worked as a writer for the New York Post, the New York Daily News, and the New York Times.
Peter Schneider is an American director and producer. His theatre credits include the West End production of Sister Act, The Breakup Notebook, Norman's Ark, Grand Hotel, and Regina. His Broadway and Off-Broadway producing credits includeThe Marvelous Wonderettes, Aida, and The Lion King, for which he won a Tony Award.
Schneider served as the President of Animation and Chairman of the Studio for the Walt Disney Company until 2001, when he left to create his own production company. During his time at Disney, some of the studio's highest grossing films were released, including "The Little Mermaid", "Aladdin", "Beauty and the Beast", and "The Lion King". Some of his post-Disney credits include the documentaries "We Always Lie To Strangers" and "Waking Sleeping Beauty".
Schneider, a world champion bridge player, currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
