Sibling rivalry erupts and family ties are stretched to the limit when a wildy successful painter of "clown hobos", her hapless feminist Greek scholar sister, and their survivalist brother come back to roost at the home of their father, a retired religious studies professor, and his sex therapist wife. Their raucous, and sometimes painful, reunion serves as the backdrop for this heady, smart, and vibrant new comedy that explores the warped graviational pull of the Great American Family.
