Subsidized Rehearsal Space

Subsidized Rehearsal Space

Thanks to the continuing support of the New York State Council on the Arts, we are pleased to offer $10/hour rehearsal space through May 31st to qualifying individuals and groups:

  • Subsidized space can only be used for rehearsals — no auditions, workshops, classes, showings, or performances.
  • Subsidized space is available on a first come, first served basis — no curation or artist selection process is involved.
  • No single artist or group can use more than 100 subsidized hours.
  • Space must be used for performing arts.

This rate applies to all studio spaces, including our recently renovated third-floor studios!
Please note that Moss Theater rentals are not available at the subsidized rate.

Dates and times:

  • Now through May 7th, $10/hour rehearsal space is available from 6-10PM on Monday through Thursday, 6-9PM on Friday, and on weekends from 9AM-6PM. 
    • From March 24th-28th, we have $10/hour rehearsal space available for the additional hours of 9AM-10PM.
  • From May 7th-31st, we will offer subsidized space from 9AM-9PM on weekdays.
