Ticket Policies
All sales are final and non-refundable. You can contact the box office with any ticket-related questions or requests by email at tickets@phnyc.org or by calling 212 279 4200 during open hours of 2–6PM Tuesday–Friday. On weekends, the box office is open one hour before curtain time for same day sales and between curtain times for advance sales.

Regular Ticket Exchanges
You may request to exchange your tickets at any time prior to your scheduled performance, subject to availability and additional fees.

More than 24 hours before the scheduled performance: $5 exchange fee per ticket

Within 24 hours of the scheduled performance: $10 exchange fee per ticket
Any applicable ticket price difference will be charged in addition to the exchange fee. Exchange fees are based on when payment is made and must be paid by phone to finalize the exchange.
Flex Pass Ticket Exchanges
Flex Pass holders can access two Flex Pass ticket exchanges at no additional cost per production up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Further exchanges are subject to a $5 per-ticket exchange fee. If you are unable to select a new date at the time of the exchange request, you may request we release those tickets in order to rebook at a later date. Released Flex Pass tickets may be used for another production in the same season and but do not rollover between seasons.
Patron/GenPH Ticket Exchanges
Patron and Gen PH Members receive unlimited free exchanges, which can be requested by emailing phamilyseats@phnyc.org. Tickets can only be exchanged within the same production. If you are unable to attend another performance then you can donate your tickets back and receive a tax acknowledgement.
Young/Student Member Ticket Exchanges
Regular ticket exchange fees apply. Tickets can be transferred to a person that meets Young/Student Membership eligibility and provides ID/proof of enrollment at time of pick up.

Rush Tickets & Sold Out Performances
Rush is available for each show, though quantities and availability may change.
Rush tickets are available in person only on the day of the show when the box office opens.
On weekends rush tickets will be sold for both matinee and evening performances when the box office opens.
No Show or Late Arrival
All tickets must be picked up and scanned by the performance’s scheduled start time. After that time you are no longer guaranteed your reserved seat. Late seating is at the sole discretion of management and is not guaranteed after 20 minutes into the performance. If you are placed in a new seat by management after the performance has begun, you may not be able to return to your originally reserved seat. There will be no refunds or exchanges granted for missed performances or late seating.
