Has everybody dialed in? Eying the end of the cruise industry’s shutdown, Marketing Director Marsha DeBois brings the Dane Cruising team avant garde theater director Angela Hove’s production of The Chairs to headline the relaunch. Approval in place, the front office bangs out next steps, oblivious of the complicated journey ahead.

The MS Phoenix Rising is co-produced by Playwrights Horizons and creators Katie Brook and Trish Harnetiaux as a part of Playwrights Horizons’ Soundstage podcast program.

The MS Phoenix Rising is also based on the stage play We Are Not Well by Trish Harnetiaux that was originally The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute’s Clifford Odets Play Commission, Spring 2019
