Matthew Rosen and Stavros Niarchos Foundation Studio

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Rehearsal Studio is available for auditions, rehearsals, meetings, and staged readings. Studio hours are typically 10 AM–10 PM, subject to availability, excluding holidays. The dimensions are 41’2” long by 30’8” wide.

The Matthew Rosen Rehearsal Studio is available for auditions, rehearsals, meetings, and staged readings. Studio hours are typically 10 AM–10 PM, subject to availability, excluding holidays. The dimensions are 32’1” long by 19’2” wide.

Both studios are equipped with:

  • Chairs & tables
  • A wall of mirrors
  • Resiliently cushioned wooden flooring 
  • Air conditioning 
  • Locking closet for long-term rentals 
  • Piano upon request

Both studios are also appropriate for seated readings, particularly the larger Niarchos studio.

Due to frequent activities scheduled in the theaters/rehearsal studio, walk-in visits can not be accommodated. To make a reservation, please contact rental@phnyc.org.
