Located in the heart of the East Village, our downtown location has 12 rehearsal studios and 2 performance spaces. All bookings are handled separate from our midtown location rentals, please contact Playwrights Downtown for downtown rental inquiries.

Midtown Rehearsal & Performance Space

416 West 42nd Street

Our flagship location, conveniently located in Hell's Kitchen on 42nd Street, has limited availability for long-term rentals of two rehearsal and two performance spaces. Due to frequent activities scheduled in the theaters/rehearsal studio, walk-in visits can not be accommodated.
