Wet Brain contains mature content and themes including:

• Depictions of the effects of alcoholism and those dealing with a family member's addiction
• Substance abuse
• References to eating disorders
• Familial violence
• Homophobic language
• Graphic depiction of self-harm, including a stabbing and a hanging
• Death of a family member

Wet Brain also includes stage effects including:

• Flashing lights
• Loud sounds
• Haze throughout the show
• Significant fog at moments in the show
