Season Package Holders
Go Green! Subscribers, Members, and FlexPass Holders who join with our Go Green option will be notified via email when it's time to book and when new materials are available. If you'd like to opt into our Go Green option and receive all your notifications electronically, email email@example.com (subject line "Go Green") with your full name in the body and we will update your account preferences.

Subscribers may order two guest tickets for $55 each per package.
FlexPass holders may use tickets in your account to bring guests.
Members may order one guest ticket per package per production for $55.
Young Members may order one guest ticket for $35 per production, no age restriction.
Patrons may order up to four guest tickets for $55 each.
Gen PH members may use up to four membership tickets per production, and may order two additional guest tickets for $55 per production.
Additional guest tickets must be booked by calling Ticket Central. Subject to availability.
Second Look Repeat-View Policy
If you've already seen a show as a part of your package and would like to see it again during its run, $20 reserved seating tickets are available.
Bring the Kids Discount
Bring children aged 22 and under to productions during the regular run for $15 per ticket. Children must accompany package holder to production. Call Ticket Central to reserve.
Call Ticket Central to redeem these discounts. Season I.D. required. One ticket per season package. Subject to availability.
Accessibility and Special Needs
Our theaters are wheelchair-accessible. If you have special seating needs, please contact Ticket Central at 212 279 4200 or firstname.lastname@example.org early in the season so that we can help meet your needs throughout the year. View seating charts for wheelchair and companion seating. Infrared listening systems are available at no charge at every performance and can be checked out from the concessions counter. We offer one open captioned matinee per Mainstage show. To find out the date of the next open-captioned performance, visit the "Calendar + Info" tab for the production you wish to see.

Exchanges and Post-Dating Policy
If you are unable to attend your performance, we are happy to exchange your tickets up to 24 hours in advance of the performance. Subscribers, Patrons, and Gen PH Members have unlimited exchange privileges. Members and FlexPass holders may exchange once per production. Contact Ticket Central at 212 279 4200 or email@example.com to process your exchange.
If you miss a performance, we’ll get you in to a subsequent performance as space permits. With post-dating, you’ll show up to a performance of your choice, check in with the company manager, and be given the best seats available just before curtain. If you wish to get a sense of how a show is doing, you can call Ticket Central and they’ll give you your “odds” for being walked into that performance—these are odds, not certainties, and TC agents will not be able to reserve seats.
If you can’t use your seats and rescheduling is not an option, please contact us so that we can supply a tax-deduction letter for your records once the show closes.
Subscribers & Patrons may be issued a receipt for a tax-deductible contribution at the conclusion of the run of the show if they are unable to exchange for their performance. If tickets are not released 24 hours in advance of the performance, we are unable to provide seats for another performance or a tax receipt.
